| What's buggin' you: sunburn What to do: *Run a cool bath and add a few skin-soothing drops of lavender or peppermint essential oil. You can also mix the oil with water and spritz on skin. *In a quart jar, mix equal parts milk (a natural moisturizer) and ice with 2 tablespoons of salt. Soak a washcloth in the mixture and place it on the burn. Leave on for 15 minutes and repeat three to four times throughout the day. *Aloe Vera is a trusted ancicent remedy. Either break a stem from a fresh plant and apply its juice, or buy a pure gel or cream. *Prevent the burn! Always wear a sunscreen with an SPF of atleast 15, even in the winter time. UV Rays penetrate clouds, so wear it even on a cloudy day. Makeups, such as Oil Of Olay, often have a built in SPF, so use makeup and moisturizers with SPF as often as possible.
