Taco-Serving Tip

Tacos are a great summertime dinner, especially if you
serve them with homegrown tomatoes! However, taco
preparation at the table involves passing lots of
ingredients around--meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce,
onions, etc. To minimize commotion during the meal, either
set up a taco bar close to the table, or place the
ingredients on a lazy Susan in the center of the table.
