| hey francine-- you need to give your hair at least 2 weeks before rebraiding-- preferably 3-4. give your hair a chance to strengthen first, washing each week you're braid-free, and deep condition each time you wash. also, avoid heat and stressful styles while giving your hair a chance to rest. treat your hair gently. i recommend wearing head wraps, kerchiefs, a soft roller set or wrap style, or hair gently pulled back in a bun or ponytail. and make sure you get a trim before you get it rebraided. much love and luck, courtney | ||
